SOUTH BOSTON, Va. – The Virigina Triple Crown presented by FloRacing kicked off at South Boston Speedway on Saturday. JR Motorsports’ Connor Hall was victorious in the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series 19th Annual Thunder Road Harley-Davidson 200, earning $10,250 as he went back-to-back in the prestigious event.

Hampton, Virginia’s Hall started the race in third in the No. 88H Chevrolet and outran pole-sitter, Matt Waltz in the closing laps; however, Waltz was disqualified after failing post-race inspection. Darren Krantz Jr. was awarded the second-place finish, followed by Parker Eatmon, Ryan Millington, Ronnie Bassett Jr., Tate Fogleman, Doug Barnes Jr., Brandon Pierce, Woody Howard and Conner Jones.

Zachary Peregoy won the Limited Sportsman feature from the pole. Rounding out the top-five was Ayden Millette, Atley Wiese, Lane Woods and Cameron Goble.

South Boston’s Barry Reaves also won from the pole in the Pure Stock division. Johhny Layne finished second. Completing the top-five was Scott Phillips, Zach Reaves and Colby Poor.

Pole-sitter, Jordaine Penick took the checkered flag in the Hornets division. Jsaon Decarlo started on the front row, but he just didn’t have enough speed to knock Penick off the top spot. Landon Milam finished third, followed by Christian Sangillo and Chris Penick.
