RIDGEWAY, Va. – Joey Logano moved Martin Truex Jr. out of the way to win the First Data 500 on Sunday at Martinsville Speedway.

As the leaders entered Turn 3 for the final time, Logano put the bumper to Truex Jr. to move him out of the way. The two drivers were side-by-side exiting Turn 4, but it was Logano prevailing for the NASCAR Playoff win that catapulted him to the Championship 4. Virginia native, Denny Hamlin just barely finished second, ahead of Truex who lost control and finished third.

Rounding out the top-10 were Kyle Busch, Brad Keselowski, Kurt Busch, Chase Elliott, Ryan Newman, Daniel Suarez and Kevin Harvick.
