Kaden Honeycutt Holds Off Carson Brown For ARCA Menards Series Victory At Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park
by Hunter Thomas July 25, 2026 0 commentsBROWNSBURG, Ind. – Pulling double duty, Kaden Honeycutt outran Carson Brown on Friday night to win the LiUNA! 150 presented by IDEAL Garage Door at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park.
Honeycutt, who is a regular in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, kicked off his evening competing against the stars of the ARCA Menards Series. Honeycutt started the race in seventh and methodically made his way to the front.
Honeycutt took over the lead with 72 laps remaining, but Brown made his way back around before losing the lead again to Honeycutt with 11 laps to go. In the end, Honeycutt prevailed over polesitter Brown as they navigated lapped traffic. The victory marked Honeycutt’s second win of the 2026 season.
“Me and Carson had a hell of a race,” Honeycutt said. “I don’t know for sure what happened to him, but I hate that happened, but it was wild through lapped traffic. I had to body slam one guy. I’m very sorry for that, but I had to go.”
Thomas Annunziata entered the night as the most recent winner at Lime Rock Park, but on Friday, he had to settle for a third-place finish. Brown finished third, followed by Gavan Boschele, who was also pulling double duty and Isaac Kitzmiller. Rounding out the top-10 was Andrew Patterson, Jake Bollman, Ashton Higgins, Max Reaves and Zachary Tinkle.
The ARCA Menards Series will visit Iowa Speedway on Friday, Aug. 7, for the JR&CO 150. Live coverage will broadcast on FS1 at 7 p.m. ET.
