MARTINSVILLE, Va. – Carlos Washington has dedicated 20 years of service to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Pee Dee Area based in Florence, SC.

Washington is one of four individuals who is hoping to win The NASCAR Foundation Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award.
