VIDEO: Justin Haley Says Kaulig Racing Has Stepped Up Its Cup Program

Haley and his crew chief, Trent Owens have been clicking well as they’ve earned a top-five and four top-10 finishes in the first 18 races of the 2023 season. Since Atlanta Motor Speedway’s reconfiguration, Haley has finished 11th, 7th and 22nd, so he’s a driver to watch come Sunday.
