DILLON, S.C. – Dillon Motor Speedway’s races will air tape delayed on Sundays from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on WFXB FOX TV.

On Sundays throughout March, April and May, race fans in the Pee Dee and Grand Strand will be able to watch the Late Model, Street Stocks (MASS), Challengers and 4-Cylinders on the Myrtle Beach-based FOX affiliate. Six of the airings will be just prior to broadcasts of the network’s Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series races.

“This is a great opportunity for the local racers to get TV time for their fans and sponsors,” said Ron Barfield, Dillon Motor Speedway track owner and operator. “The drivers and teams at Dillon Motor Speedway put so much time and energy into their cars, and now those efforts will be aired for everyone in the region to see. What’s really great about this deal is that the races will air just prior to several NASCAR broadcasts that are being carried on the FOX affiliate.”

Dillon Motor Speedway will host the Southern Vintage Race Car National Event on Saturday, March 23 at 3pm. Friday, March 22 is a practice day for all classes. The Challenger AR Series as well as the Super Trucks, Bangers and Mini Cups will compete.

The track’s local regular season is scheduled to get underway on Saturday, April 13.
