by Hunter Thomas February 8, 2026 0 commentsDE LEON SPRINGS, Fla. – On Saturday night, the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series and the DIRTcar UMP Modifieds kicked off the final night of Week No. 2 of the Federated Auto Parts DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park.
In the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series, it was Spencer Bayston winning his first race of the season. The Lebanon, Ind. native started 10th and battled his way to the front of the field on Lap 16 after passing Anthony Macri. Bayston kept command of the race for the final nine laps to earn his first victory since August 2023. He now has six-career wins in the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series.
Carson Macedo finished second, followed by Macri, Michael Kofoid and Donny Schatz.
Jordan Koehler won the $5,000, 30-lap DIRTcar UMP Modified feature, and he also claimed his first Gator Championship. Finishing runner-up was Ricky Thornton Jr., followed by Tristan Chamberlain in third.
