RECAP/PHOTOS: 2026 World Of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series & Federated Auto Parts DIRTcar Nationals At Volusia Speedway Park, Feb. 6

DE LEON SPRINGS, Fla. – Michael “Buddy” Kofoid outdrove David Gravel on Friday night to win the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series feature at Volusia Speedway Park during the Federated Auto Parts DIRTcar Nationals.

Kofoid started on outside pole alongside Garet Williamson and quickly took over the lead on the opening lap. The 24-year-old from Penngrove, Calif. then had to hold off Gravel, the defending series champion. Kofoid successfully did so and piloted the Roth Motorsports No. 83 car to victory, earning his 23rd career win in the series. The win marked his first at Volusia Speedway Park. With the win, he also entered Saturday night as the point leader.

Gravel held on to finish second, followed by Carson Macedo, Anthony Macri and Logan Schuchart.

In DIRTcar UMP Modifieds, Jordan Koehler won Feature No. 4, Trevor Neville won Feature No. 5 and Ricky Thornton Jr. won Feature No. 6.
