RECAP/PHOTOS: 2026 Billy Pritchard Memorial Race Night At Dixieland Speedway

ELIZABETH CITY, NC – Dixieland Speedway hosted the Billy Pritchard Memorial Race Night on Friday night, featuring the Late Models, Sportsmans, Super Streets, Super 4s division, Sport Compacts, and Pro Legends.

Christian Thomas of Wake Forest, NC was victorious in the 30-lap Late Model feature. Tyler Hobgood of Norlina, NC was runner-up, followed by Michael Rouse, Larry Jackson and Ray Miller.

Troy Warren of Knotts Island, NC outran local racer, Joe Weiss to win the Sportsman feature. Kerry King finished third, and Kyle Watts and Justin Pruitt finished fourth and fifth respectively.

Local racer, Kolton Stevens captured the checkered flag in the 20-lap Super Street feature. Moyock, NC’s Corbett Hamlin finished second. Completing the top-five was Michael Wells, Carter Weiss and Holley Weiss.

Rickie Waters of North Wilkesboro, NC won the Super 4s feature. Rounding out the top-five was Edenton, NC’s Todd Smith, Brandon Rollinson, Gavin Wood and Luke Wooster.

Local racer, Trevor Battoia won the 15-lap Sport Compact feature. Camden, NC’s Ryland Lindsey finished second. Ryan Bigham finished third, while Colleen Stevens finished fourth, and John Gardner finished fifth.

Camden, NC’s Cody Carlton won in Pro Legends. Completing the top-five was Mason Weakley of Virginia Beach, VA, Robert Babb, Andy Peterson and Haley Horton.

Dixieland Speedway will be back in action on Friday, April 17. Divisions competing will include the Dirt Limited Late Models, Sportsman, Super Street, Super 4s and Sport Compact.
