MARTINSVILLE, Va. – NASCAR reviewed scoring following a Turn 1 crash in the third and final overtime and determined that C.E. Falk was the winner of the ValleyStar Credit Union 300 at Martinsville Speedway.
The win comes after years of trying for Falk. In Victory Lane, Falk was emotional as well as was his family and team, but he now has won a Grandfather Clock and solidified his name in history as a winner of the prestigious race. Corey Heim was declared as the runner-up finisher in the controversial finish.
Rounding out the top-five was Brandon Pierce, Trevor Ward and Peyton Sellers.
Hunter Thomas and Carter Buffkin were at the track covering the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series race. Below are the photos that Hunter captured throughout the ValleyStar Credit Union 300 on Saturday night.
