DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Following a random draw on Friday, Brad Keselowski and Denny Hamlin will start on the front row in Saturday night’s Advance Auto Parts Clash at Daytona International Speedway.

Although the field isn’t set by time, Keselowski was fastest in opening practice on Friday. Keselowski clocked the 10th fastest lap in final practice.

“It’s a great way to start the year,” Keselowski said about starting on the pole for Saturday race. “We just need to make sure we finish there. That’s something to be joyous about, but at the end of the day it’s just a draw and you’ve got to make it count.”

Seventeen drivers will start the 75-lap non-points race. Hamlin enters the event as the defending winner. The driver of the No. 11 FedEx Express Toyota Camry clocked the fastest lap in final practice.

Saturday’s Advance Auto Parts Clash at Daytona will broadcast live at 8 a.m. ET on FOX Sports 1 (FS1)
