Rain has been the theme of the weekend at Pocono Raceway as inclement weather postponed the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series’s Axalta “We Paint Winners” 400 to Monday afternoon.

The race start time for the 160-lap event will move up to 12:00 p.m ET on Monday.

FOX Sports 1 and MRN will continue to carry live coverage for Monday’s race.

The Sunday rainout is the second NASCAR race of the weekend to be effected by rain. Saturday’s XFINITY Series race, the Pocono Green 250, was called shortly after the halfway point of the race with Kyle Larson being declared as the victor.

Team Penske’s duo of Brad Keselowski and Joey Logano will lead the field to the green flag tomorrow with Matt Kenseth, Kevin Harvick, Carl Edwards, Tony Stewart, Jimmie Johnson, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kurt Busch and Denny Hamlin comprising the remainder of the top-10 on the starting grid.

17th-place starter Martin Truex Jr., last week’s Coca-Cola 600 winner, is the defending winner of the Axalta “We Paint Winners” 400.
