LONG POND, Pa. — The No. 2 Alliance Truck Parts Ford of Brad Keselowski headed the speed chart in the lone Friday practice session for the Windows 10 400 at Pocono Raceway, turning in a lap of 50.961 seconds.

Keselowski’s lap was 77-thousandths of a second faster than second-place Matt Kenseth’s lap of 51.038 seconds while Kenseth’s teammate, Denny Hamlin, was the only other driver to turn in a lap within one tenth of a second of Keselowski’s with his effort of 51.059 seconds.

No Hendrick-powered car turned in a top-four lap time as Kevin Harvick completed the fifth-fastest lap time behind Richard Childress Racing’s Austin Dillon.

Completing the top-10 in Friday practice were Jimmie Johnson, Ryan Newman, Kyle Busch, Jamie McMurray and Kurt Busch.

June’s Pocono race winner, Martin Truex Jr., sat 12th on the speed chart while defending Windows 10 400 winner Dale Earnhardt Jr. turned in the 14th-fastest lap of the session.
