CONCORD, N.C. — Ken Schrader Racing will compete in their second consecutive full-time season in the ARCA Racing Series for the owners championship with a medley of drivers this year.
The 2015 schedule for the No. 52 Federated Auto Parts Chevrolet will be split amongst four drivers – team owner Ken Schrader, Clay Campbell, Matt Tifft, and Ross Kenseth.
Schrader will compete in seven races in his No. 52 machine this year with his first start of the year coming at Salem Speedway in April. Schrader’s remaining starts for the rest of the season include races at Toledo Speedway, Winchester Speedway, Lucas Oil Raceway, September’s Salem race and both dirt track races at the Illinois State Fairgrounds and DuQuoin State Fairgrounds.
Campbell, the pilot of the No. 52 car in February’s season opener at Daytona International Speedway, will return to the car for May’s race at Talladega Superspeedway.
Kenseth will return to Ken Schrader Racing for two starts in June at Michigan International Speedway and Chicagoland Speedway. Kenseth will make his third and fourth career ARCA Racing Series starts with the same team he made his debut with in the series in 2013.
For the second year in a row, Tifft will carry the load for the team with nine total starts scheduled for this year – his first being last Saturday’s ARCA Mobile 200 at Mobile International Speedway.
Tifft’s eight remaining starts for 2015 include races at Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville, New Jersey Motorsports Park, Iowa Speedway, Berlin Raceway, Kentucky Speedway, Kansas Speedway and both races at Pocono Raceway.
“With the drivers we have on board for this season, it looks as though we will have some exciting finishes and experience some great racing within the ARCA ranks,” Schrader said of his 2015 roster. “I’m looking forward to working with Matt, Clay, and Ross.”
2015 will mark the 16th year that Ken Schrader Racing and sponsor Federated Auto Parts will partner together, with this year’s partnership extending to both the ARCA Racing Series and to Schrader’s dirt modified team.
“We are looking forward to another exciting season as the sponsor of Kenny and his racing teams,” J.R. Bishop, Director of Motorsports and Event Marketing for Federated said. “Kenny has become synonymous with Federated. He is very popular with our members and their customers, and he does a tremendous job representing Federated across the country, whether at the Federated 400, an ARCA race or a local dirt track event.”
