MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Cale Conley will race full-time in the NASCAR XFINITY Series next year after landing a ride at TriStar Motorsports for the 2015 season.

Conley, 22, will race one of TriStar Motorsports’ Toyota Camrys for his first full season in the XFINITY Series and his first season running for points in the series.

The native of Vienna, West Virginia made his series debut with Richard Childress Racing at Bristol in March. Conley completed 11 races in the series in RCR’s No. 33 Chevrolet this season with one top-10 finish coming at Kentucky in September and four other top-15 finishes.

“I am looking forward to working with people that are excited to work with me and help me mature as a driver and competitor in this series,” Conley said. “I am grateful to Mark Smith and TriStar Motorsports for being willing to take a chance with me and let me race weekend after weekend after weekend, so I can get “one step closer” to my ultimate dream of being a NASCAR Sprint Cup champion!”

TriStar’s owner, Mark Smith, is also looking forward to the new partnership with the former race winner in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series.

“TriStar Motorsports is proud to field a Toyota Camry for a rising star in NASCAR,” Smith said. “With Cale’s drive and passion for NASCAR, I know that we will have a successful 2015 season with him behind the wheel.”

Further announcements regarding TriStar Motorsports’ full driver lineup will be announced at a later date. This season, TriStar fielded three full-time cars and two part-time entries with drivers Mike Bliss, Eric McClure, Blake Koch, Jeff Green, David Starr, Will Kimmel, Carlos Contreras, Kevin Lepage, Hal Martin, Hermie Sadler, Ross Chastain, Matt Frahm, and Paulie Harraka behind the wheel of their cars.
