Watkins Glen, N.Y. —  The 21st event on the NASCAR Nationwide Series schedule brings the series to the Watkins Glen International circuit for the second of three road course events this season for the series.

41 drivers are listed for entry for Saturday afternoon’s 82-lap race, with many Sprint Cup drivers looking to gain valuable track time by racing in the companion event for Sunday’s Cheez-It 355 at the Glen.

Team Penske will field two cars for both of their Sprint Cup drivers – Joey Logano and Brad Keselowski – this weekend; Keselowski will drive the No. 22 Hertz Ford while Logano will drive the No. 12 Snap-On Ford. Joe Gibbs Racing will also supply cars for two of their Cup drivers, Matt Kenseth and Kyle Busch. Richard Childress Racing’s No. 33 Menards Chevrolet will be back in action this weekend with Paul Menard behind the wheel in what could be his fifth start of the year. Richard Petty Motorsports will field a second car for their road-racing veteran and Cup regular Marcos Ambrose this weekend with Ambrose slated to pilot the No. 09 Stanley Tools Ford for the team. With this weekend’s race being a companion event to a Cup race, Kyle Larson is also entered in Turner Scott Motorsports’ No. 42 Cartwheel Chevrolet.

Several road course ringers will be present for this race weekend as well. Tomy Drissi will race for JGL Racing in their No. 93 Dodge this week while Kenny Habul will race a No. 75 Toyota for his own team, SunEnergy1 Racing.

Joining the Cup veterans and road course ringers this weekend will also be a K&N Pro Series East (who also have a race at the circuit this weekend) driver, Brennan Newberry. Newberry is entered in the No. 55 Qore24 Chevrolet for Viva Motorsports this weekend, marking his second entry for the team this year.
