NAPLES, ME (November 22, 2012) – With such great interest in the fight for the PASS National and PASS South Championships, the Pro All Stars Series would like to invite those of you who aren’t in the Concord, NC area to join on Saturday for LIVE UPDATES brought to you by – an online marketplace for new and used quality racing parts.

“We have so many fans in New England and with Northwest Champion Garrett Evans making the 3,000+ mile trip from Washington State, we are getting lots of interest from fans from across the country, so we feel that this event would be a great way to bring the excitement to our fans who can’t make the trip to Concord”, stated PASS President Tom Mayberry. Evans is known as “King” of the former Raybestos Brakes Northwest Series, a four time champion (’85, ’89, ’94, ‘00) and all-time leader in wins (46), poles (55), and money won with nearly $350,000 in career winnings. In addition to his three titles, Evans has finished runner-up in the series champion race four times. PASS North Stars Ben Rowe, Joey Doiron and Canadian Matt Matheson will also be making the drive south of the Mason Dixon line to challenge a stout PASS South driver line-up.

The PASS National Championship is down to two of the best in the business, two-time National Champion Ben Rowe and North Carolina veteran Jay Fogleman. After last weekend’s North South Shootout at Caraway Speedway, PASS National points took a 30 point swing following a tough afternoon for Rowe and a win by Fogleman. Rowe struggled to a 16th place finish after being involved in an accident with Jordan Anderson. Fogleman now enjoys a 15 point advantage over Rowe, but he is far from content to ride around and collect points. After all, he can’t be. While he has a slight cushion over Rowe, he trails Kyle Grissom by just four points for the PASS South championship heading to tough triangle.

Live! coverage will begin at 8AM on Saturday November 24th and will continue until the completion of the Mason Dixon Meltdown. Visit or to enjoy the Live! broadcast.

Since 2001, the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) has established itself as one of the top sanctioning bodies for asphalt short track racing in North America. PASS currently sanctions a variety of stock car racing divisions with a reach that stretches from Florida to Canada. In 2013, that reach will expand to the Pacific Northwest and will also include sanctioning the prestigious Oxford 250, short track racing’s most lucrative single day event.
